This review is solely on lack of professionalism and customer service skills by Estrella in dental surgery office. She is the kind that sounds sweet but condescending. She would rather hear her own voice before she listens. Her lack of listening ability and understanding left me with frustration and disappointment. All because I wanted clarification on amount of payments collected on the day of service which is much higher than what the Insurance EOB indicated. I’ve made serval calls to try to clarify this. First Estrella said she’s not in billing department so she couldn’t assist. I called back several times and every time I called Estrella intercepted the calls and refused to give me breakdowns of the extra charges that are apparently not covered but she won’t explain in details. All I wanted is reasons for the large amount of extra charge I don’t see on the EOB. I really don’t know why she acts this way instead of trying to help. Every time I call, I get her. So if this is being ready by management, I need to speak to her supervisor, pls call me.
